FAQs - events & activations

  • I produce music-driven experiences for brands, conferences, and communities. This includes club nights, listening lounges, wellness + music events, conference micro after-parties, brand launches, album activations, pop-ups, and destination experiences.

  • I partner with brands, record labels, conferences, agencies, and organizations that want to connect with a grown, culture-forward audience through music and experience. That can look like a single sponsored moment or a full event concept under Make Monet Media Inc.

  • Booking me just as a DJ means I show up to play a curated set within your existing event structure.
Booking an event or activation through Make Monet Media Inc. means you’re hiring me to help shape the entire experience: concept, mood, music direction, programming ideas, and sometimes vendor and talent curation.

  • Yes. Signature concepts like That Slow Jam Party, wellness + music formats, or listening lounge experiences can be adapted for your brand, conference, or festival. We can customize the format, programming, and integrations to align with your goals and audience.

  • I’m based in Toronto but I work across Canada, the U.S., the Caribbean, and beyond. Travel can be built into your event or activation proposal.

  • My primary focus is creative direction, music direction, and experience design. For some projects, I also help with high-level logistics and vendor recommendations. If you need full production (AV, staging, decor, staffing), I can collaborate with your internal team or introduce trusted partners.

  • Budgets vary depending on location, scope, talent, and how much of the experience you want us to curate. Once you share your event details and goals, I’ll provide a transparent quote outlining what’s included at your budget level.

  • For conferences, festivals, and larger brand activations, I recommend reaching out one year to 6 months in advance. For smaller or local experiences, 4–8 weeks is ideal. Shorter timelines may still be possible depending on availability and scope.

  • Use the contact form on this page (or the “Discuss an activation” button) and share:

    • Event type, date, city, and venue

    • Your brand or organization

    • Audience size and key goals

    • Budget range and any non-negotiables

From there, we’ll explore if it’s a fit and build a concept together.
