abSOlutely not.
but i DO admire the fact that she loves her body, flaws [cellulite] and all.
i’d be lying to you if i told you i didn’t want a body like kim kardashian or any of those thin waist, wide hip, generously cushioned ladies but…then, reality hit me….
I JUST DON’T HAVE THAT FREAKING BODY TYPE.
so i just simply go to the gym and workout on toning what god has blessed me with – a athletically built skinny lissa who, as a male friend would say, ‘if she got pregnant would fill out very nicely.’ *blank stare*
i understand that some women struggle with body image everyday, and the actualization of how really amazing your body is NOW as opposed to BACK THEN, or A FEW SEASONS from now doesn’t come so easily.
i used to cry about the horse legs i used to have in high school when i was doing things like running track, playing in a steelband, playing basketball and netball and bouncing off the walls without even blinking.
i don’t do ANY of that stuff anymore, so getting those ‘horse legs’ back will never happen lol.
my advise is simple: eat right, stay healthy, and stay positive and the right man people will surround you to give you the confidence to know you are just as bad ass bangin’ as kim kardashian
padded bras, and butt pads are temporary, but a toned and healthy body will pay off in the long run.
thanks kimmy cakes for the inspiration to be confident in my own body even if i am an athletic build and not curvy *smile*
