My [sometimes judgemental and sometimes misunderstood] godfather Jay-Z just keeps building the dynasty.

Sources say Jay is close to finalizing a three book deal with the Spiegel & Grau imprint of Random House.

There are talks about doing a bundle of three books: One was going to be a traditional memoir, one was going to be a business book, and the third was the one that Spiegel & Grau ended up acquiring.

I would definitely pick up those three books if he ever went ahead and published them. I have learned a great deal from Jay’s Reasonable Doubt album and the In My Lifetime volume series especially in regards to dealing with different personalities and “characters” – his interviews are always insightful, yet mysterious, so for him to completely open up in a memoir would hopefully answer some questions about his 6 year old child in Trinidad to how Beyonce managed to finally lock his ass down.

Yeah ok.
