I have been feeling rich hil for a minute now. His mixtape “the lonely limo” has been in my ipod for a couple weeks now, only to find out that he’s being branded/represented by my BFFs over at the famous firm.
What my boy sickamore says about Rich:
“The song is a metaphor for the 90s Baby hippies across the world. O’s represents a sense of escapism from politics, the recession, wars overseas and teenagers fighting depression within themselves.”
Rich Hil’s music to me is refreshingly different. he isn’t the best singer, but i get him when i hear his music. Definitely influenced by what his parents [his dad is fashion mogul tommy hilfiger] listened to as he was growing up, Rich seems like an old soul just more wavier =]. There’s no frontin with Rich, I’m sure riding in the back of a limo can get pretty lonely.
